Supervision and People Management

Managing and supervising people effectively is all part of becoming a great leader. Our supervision and people management training has been developed to assist businesses to improve their ‘bench strength’ of leaders, by helping individuals realise the requirements of their role and giving them insight into the necessary leadership competencies. The program works across three targeted areas and culminates in building a personal development plan to put it all into action.

This course is designed to help you develop the skills and insights needed to become an effective leader and people manager. You’ll explore key leadership competencies, from emotional intelligence and communication to conflict resolution and feedback delivery. Through practical exercises and discussions, you’ll learn how to adapt your leadership style to different situations, build strong relationships, and effectively manage a diverse team. The program culminates in the creation of a personal development plan, ensuring you leave with clear, actionable strategies to enhance your leadership impact.
