Gedd. Just wanted to thank you for your visit to my office today and work in developing my efficiency. I found the program to be possibly the most valuable in my 25 plus years in the corporate environment.
The feedback I have given management is that by waiting so long in recommending my participation it has cost them $100,000 plus in my own lost productivity.
I will continue to use my new skill set and knowledge day by day to grow. I will also encourage and harass my colleagues to adopt these principles for personal gain and workplace cohesion. Another Task now gone off my list!!!!

Are you interested in support for staff to get the most out of MS Outlook and better manage their work flow and priorities?
Read on if you are looking for something beyond the online self-guided materials for MS office products (which are a good start) and the courses that just focus on the technology.
Last week I took my PBS team leaders to a great 1 day course “Working Smart with MS Outlook” , run by “Priority Management” (SafeWork also sent one staff member). There were others there from ANZ and a couple of stat authorities.
The idea was to help us get common ground about good workload and priority management approaches and maximise our use of MS Outlook for task tracking and assignment, calendar management and more effective email use and management.
The team was astounded at how much they got out of the day. They came back pumped and put many techniques into action straight away. We are all expecting to see these approaches help us focus our efforts better on even more productive ways of working.
So if you are looking for a course that starts with good workload and workflow practices and then gets into how best to use the supporting tools that we already have, check out the link attached. You can join a “public” class as we did, or have the session delivered in-house.
Jo Sutherland-Shaw – Director Performance and Business Services, Attorney-General’s Department
Fantastic!! I thought I knew a lot about Outlook. By putting this into practice, it could just change my working life.
Alicia Henderson – PA – KPMG Actuaries
This is so empowering in our daily lives. It gives a sense of control over the most critical resource we have – Time!
Kerry Rosser – National Learning & Development Manager – Retail – ANZ Bank
Excellent balance between technology, process and the principles behind managing work
Hugh Jones – Director – Microsoft Australia
I can honestly say that your Outlook workshop has completely altered the way I get organised at work. I am astounded at the time I am saving every day by being in control of Outlook, rather than the other way around.
The techniques I have learned, and now swear by, are very simple yet the most incredibly effective tools for best practice time management I have ever learned. I thought I knew a bit about Outlook prior to attending, but I had no idea of it’s power when used as it was intended to be used.
Great stuff! Thanks for opening my eyes.
Terry Cosgriff – Learning Manager External – Tabcorp
This is the BEST, MOST PRACTICAL training I’ve done – EVER!!”
Learning & Development Manager – Government Department
This course should be given to employees in the first 6 months – I have been in the bank for 12 ½ years, this would have saved me so much time and improved productivity.
Business Continuity Manager – Commonwealth Bank
Brilliant. This course should be given to new employees on the first day. This would give them the knowledge needed to be much more productive from day 1. I know for my own experience that the amount of email you receive when you start at [our company] is overwhelming!
Project Manager – Major IT software provider
All I can say is WOW! My entire organisational life has changed both at work and at home, even my wife has started using some of the lessons learnt to improve her work life.
I just wish that everybody in my organisation could participate in your course.
Brett Bidwell – Thiess Services Pty Ltd
I have been doing project management for many years – this [course] is so good at putting all that theory in to a practical process that works!!!
Jaqueline Marcus – NSW Health
Having no project management experience this course was simple enough to explain basics but complex enough that it showed practical skills
Rebecca Halse – Citigroup
At your suggestion, I took the “Project Management Breakthroughs” class in Oklahoma City two weeks ago. It had also been highly touted by several others in our organization, including top management. I found it to be an excellent system for project management. The learning atmosphere was relaxed. The instructors were knowledgeable and helpful. The tools are intuitive, yet powerful. I will be joining the chorus to recommend the class to others with project responsibilities.
Bob Dudley – Information System Supervisor – Explorer Pipeline Company
The Project Management Breakthrough Course was just that – a breakthrough for me! It enabled me to look at planning in a completely different way, giving me strategies and handy hints to help me with my project planning. The principles I learnt can be applied to any type of project, no matter how big or small. In fact, I rushed home from my course and used these principles to plan some small renovations at home – which I am proud to say were completed on time and on budget! Thank you Priority Management for giving me yet another skill to improve my productivity in the workplace.
J.N. – Research Manager – Queensland Fire and Rescue Service
Communication & Customer Service
I found the program to be a rewarding experience that has enhanced understanding of effective communication techniques. It has opened my eyes to a new set of skills that I’ve already found useful in both my work and home life and look forward to the developing further. I would recommend the Priority course to others who develop their abilities in these areas.
B.H. – Operations Manager, Marc Environmental
The Priority Influencing program is packed full of sensible, useable information. I notice I am using the skills I learnt and they are now becoming part of my daily practice in all areas of life. This program is valuable for all relationship building, personal, family work place and for professional advancement.
