BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management is suitable for people who manage projects or large sub-projects. Assessment via RPL and RCC is more suitable for those who have experience in working on or managing a project.

We can complete this with you and your organisation through one of two pathways:

  1. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Complete your qualification by providing an evidence portfolio and undertaking an assessment. Upon enrolment, candidates will be provided access to our secure online Learning Management System (LMS), which will guide them through each stage of the learning process, including structured activities and evidence collection for their assessment portfolio. Support is available through scheduled Microsoft Teams coaching sessions, designed to clarify concepts, enhance understanding, and provide tailored advice. Participation in these sessions is optional, allowing learners flexibility while ensuring help is available when required. Each candidate will be enrolled into our learning management system, where they will be directed through their learning and evidence gathering for their portfolio. Coaching is provided through teams, and is an optional attendance.
  2. Self-Paced eLearning Our self-paced eLearning gives you the freedom to learn whenever it suits you. You will work through interactive online modules and assessments at your own pace, with the option to access personalised coaching sessions via Microsoft Teams for extra support and guidance whenever you need it

Graduates of our Working Smart with Microsoft Project and Project Planning Breakthroughs courses can also earn Professional Development Units (PDUs). These PDUs can be applied toward the continuing certification requirements (CCR) for maintaining PMI credentials.
