His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Learning, Development, and Training (BLTD), where he first explored the science behind how the human brain learns. Brendan further refined his expertise with a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development (GDipTD), which deepened his understanding of adult learning principles and their application to exceptional training programs.
