With over 25 years of experience, Brendan is a seasoned Instructional Designer and Facilitator, creating and delivering training programs across the Public and Private Sectors. For the past 15 years, his work has focused on developing authentic and impactful leadership skills, drawing from in-depth research into global leadership trends to craft programs that inspire and engage.

Brendan’s expertise extends beyond leadership, offering tailored programs in soft skills such as communication, customer service, and resilience, each customised to meet your unique needs. Committed to delivering exceptional learning outcomes, Brendan holds a Master’s degree in Training and Development from The University of Melbourne, where he studied both the physiology and psychology of how the brain learns. This background helps him engage learners of varying styles, ensuring that training programs are not only insightful but also practical and applicable in real world scenarios.

His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Learning, Development, and Training (BLTD), where he first explored the science behind how the human brain learns. Brendan further refined his expertise with a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development (GDipTD), which deepened his understanding of adult learning principles and their application to exceptional training programs.
