She holds a Doctorate in Information Technology with a specialisation in eLearning Information Systems. She has contributed to TAFEs, universities, and private corporate RTOs throughout her career as a Trainer, Learning Designer, and Senior Manager.
With extensive expertise in RTO operations, she has a proven track record in auditing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, making her an invaluable resource for navigating the complexities of the education and training landscape.
Her robust background in Project Management includes leading initiatives ranging from large-scale, complex organisational projects to small, boutique endeavours. This experience ensures a deep understanding of effective project management’s precise requirements and nuances.
As an experienced educator, she has taught undergraduate courses such as Finance for IT Professionals and postgraduate courses in Project Management and Leadership. Her ability to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-relevant content equips participants with the skills and knowledge to enhance their project delivery outcomes.
