Corporate Training Facilitator
Paul is a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed facilitator who focuses on achieving key learning outcomes from those he facilitates. Paul also focuses on gaining “buy–in” to the processes by tailoring his delivery to reflect the varying learning styles of participants.
Prior to joining Priority Management Australia in 2000, Paul had extensive experience in the Learning and Development areas of a number of major financial institutions. Immediately prior to joining Priority Management Australia, Paul was the National Learning and Development Manager for RAMS Home Loans and their associated companies.
Paul has a Diploma of Counselling and Communications through the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
Since joining Priority Management in 2000, Paul has received both a platinum and gold facilitators’ award from Priority Management International.
Paul has continuously received outstanding feedback from participants for his engaging and inclusive style. He is continually complimented on his communication skills and his clear and structured delivery of programs.
